How do I get my ID and Proof of Address documents to you?
The easiest way to send your documents to us is to make a good color
copy of your ID Document and mail to us along with your Proof of Address.
Note: We cannot accept any Black and White copies of your ID. Your proof of address
can be sent in Black and White. Mail to E-Static PO Box 49066, Charlotte, NC 28277
Which is the quickest way I can get my documents to you?
The quickest and best way is to take a picture of your ID and Proof of address with any
cell phone or digital camera or you may scan your ID and Proof of Address as a JPEG and
Email to us at info@E-StaticStimulusSystem.com. Your documents are sent safe and encrypted.

How do I get a SCAN?
There are several companies in your area that will be able to scan and email
your documents to us. These are UPS Store, Office Max and FEDEX Store.
The fee averages 3-4 Dollars.
When I received My card, there was $10.00 on it, Why?
E-Static takes the worry out of having to load your card right away. E-Static
places the first $10.00 on your card to give you time to make a load. Your first load
should be done in 30 days.
What is a Membership Profile Recommendation?
To maximize your Stimulus Program potential, E-Static looks at your financial and
social media possibilities combined as a total tool to enhance you. This will be your
Wage, Benefits, Followers, Likes, Friends and Members alliances.
How long does it take to receive my Membership package including card?
This is usually hard to predict, however the average waiting time is 2-3 weeks.
I received my Card, When do I receive my Stimulus System for Cash Back and Discounts?
When you received your Membership, your card was loaded with $10.00, this is to give
you time to load your card, usually within 30 Days. When you are able to load your card, you
will receive your Stimulus Program upon your load or Reload.
What is the minimum amount of the Membership?
The Minimum amount is $25.00
How long does it take to get my cash back?
Cash back is sent to you in 3 ways:
1. Immediately upon transaction tender
2. After 72 hours
3. Within 30 days
Your Cash Back reward cycle will vary depending on merchant agreement.
I was not approved for the E-Static Stimulus Program, what happened?
When you apply for the E-Static Stimulus Program your identifying information is
crossed check to verify your identity. We are required by law to perform this check prior
to your acceptance into the program. Typically this will be a valid SSN, government ID
and proof of address. If our system has not been able to identify you or this information,
we cannot accept your membership into the program. If you feel our system has
incorrectly denied you a membership. Please call Customer Service 1-888-378-2842.
What is the age limit for your membership?
The age limit is 18 and older to be eligible for an E-Static Stimulus System membership.
Do you offer specialized services for Government or State agencies, Businesses
and Organizations with your stimulus program?
Yes, If you give out cash benefits to your clients or consumers, E-Static Stimulus Program
has a variety of economic enhancing features. The stimulus system can be used (E-Static
Direct Revenue Assurance) to insure that your clients or E-Static members actually elevate
through the program for the purpose intended, which is to become financially independent.

Is my Cash Back Taxable?
No. Cash back is not taxable, it is considered a reduction in the tax basis of items purchased
and as you have not earned it i.e. you haven’t worked for the money. You are simply getting
your own money back and cannot be taxed just for paying less.
